The actual design and production of custom stationery can take anywhere from 7 to 12 weeks. Occasionally, it will take longer as there are many factors that can contribute to an increased timeline. If you are interested in a custom design, we recommend that you contact us as soon as you have confirmed your date and event venue. This will ensure you avoid the rush and are confirmed on our production calendar.
Our semi-custom stationery (coming soon) will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks after all information has been submitted and confirmed.
I believe that love wins every time, but understand that circumstances don't always make it easy for that love to triumph. Because of the ongoing pandemic, you can now order as few as 25 custom invitations from us. Additional invitation suites can be ordered in increments of 10.
Sharpe Stationery and Printing is centrally located in Wynnewood, PA., which is just outside of Philadelphia. Our exact address is 1445 City Avenue, Suite 7B. We are in close proximity to interstate 76.
Because of the personalized nature of our custom designs, there are no returns. However, we have a vested interest in your satisfaction, so will work with you to ensure you are happy with your order.
Yes, your invitation components can be securely packaged and shipped to you. The package will be insured and a signature will be required as proof of delivery. We will only ship via FedEx or UPS and no longer use any services provided by the USPS.
You may also schedule an appointment to pick up your order from our centrally located office.
We do not have a calligrapher on staff, but have partnered with one who does beautiful work. Because calligraphy is a labor-intensive process, please request this service early in the design process, and depending on the number of addresses to be completed, allow a minimum of 4 weeks for the work to be done. The fee for calligraphy will be determined by the calligrapher.
YES, we will address envelopes when the invitation suite is not ordered from us. We do ask that you provide us with a copy of the invitation suite and/or the fonts used in the suite, and at least 25 extra envelopes.
Yes, you can order day of stationery items from us that compliment your invitation design. Day of stationery items include seating charts, menu cards, escort and place cards, imprinted napkins and more. We will also work with you on your day of stationery if another vendor completed your invitation order.
Most DEFINITELY! We are well versed in proper etiquette and will make recommendations about the correct way to word your invitation. We also recognize that special circumstances require the use of special wording, so will and can accommodate special requests.
ABSOLUTELY! We take a consultative and collaborative approach when designing your suite and will provide you with a digital proof for approval before anything is sent to print. Our design process also allows for revisions to the original concept that we submit to you.
