Happy new year to you and your family!

Really now, I can’t be the only person that was waiting for 2021 to arrive. I know that the woes of 2020 will still be with us, but 2021 gives us an opportunity to turn the page on a bad year, and start the journey to a new beginning! WHO’S WITH ME?

Also, in my last two posts, I promised that I would share some big news, SO HERE IT IS!

We are changing our business name to (drumroll please!) Sharpe Stationery and Printing!

We have had the name Party Favors Ink for many years and recognized that the business name didn’t reflect our product line or our brand. After much internal debate, and many conversations with my husband, friends, and mentors, the difficult decision was made to change the name of the business. This has been a MAJOR undertaking in terms of time and effort and has involved a number of special consultants and vendors. I’m just about ready for the unveiling, and you are among the FIRST to know, so consider yourself a VIP!

So what happens next? Easy, we are in the process of developing a BRAND NEW WEBSITE, that will:

1. Save you time by offering the ability to order online from a selection of semi-custom invitations.
2. Allow you to reach out to us to schedule a quick phone call to get your questions answered.
3. Help you determine if a custom invitation is your hearts’ desire.

I want to reassure you that our commitment to our customers satisfaction isn’t changing. All of the processes that were in place before are still there, with some NEW ones added that help ensure a FANTASTIC customer experience.
